Florida Business Resources Available in Response to the Coronavirus

Sunizo Superior Realty Management is committed to providing superior service even during the uncertainty of the coronavirus. We wanted to provide businesses with resources and tools to assist them during this time.


The Florida Department of Economic Opportunity is asking businesses impacted by the coronavirus to fill out a survey, if they have experienced any damages to their business related to the virus. You can find the survey here:

Florida Small Business Emergency Bridge Loan Program

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis announced the Florida Small Business Emergency Bridge Loan Program for small businesses affected by the coronavirus. The application is now available and the deadline to fill it out is on May 8, 2020. The Florida Department of Economic Opportunity states the loans are short-term and interest-free for up to a year.

The Florida DEO states loans are up to $50,000 and are available for small business owners with two to 100 employees in Florida.

The SBA is also offering additional resources and information for small businesses on its website. It has provided a list of issues small businesses may run into and some recommendations to handle challenges such as inventory and supply chain shortfalls and insurance coverage.
